All fitness levels welcome. Sessions are designed to be challenging but achievable, with options to scale up or down based on your current fitness.
We cater for all dietary requirements - just let us know when you book. All our food is whole food based, nothing restrictive or faddy.
Both! Many people come solo and love the experience of meeting new people. Others bring friends, partners, or family members. Either works brilliantly.

The deposit is non-refundable, but we may be able to transfer it for a future retreat.
Comfortable workout clothes, trainers, warm layers for outdoor sessions, swimwear if you want to use the spa facilities, and any personal items you need.
