Ben has a passion for educating, coaching and supporting clients and helping them become the best version of themselves possible.
With a belief that human wellness is really very simple, and that achieving it should be an exciting, fun and fulfilling journey, Corpus Health+Fitness was born.
Since 2000 Ben has helped thousands of people become fitter and happier via 1:1 PT, group classes, online training, workshops and retreats.

Specializing in inclusive fitness across all life stages, Cass brings expertise in women's health and life-stage specific training needs. Also with a policing background, Cass understands the challenges of maintaining health and fitness in demanding operational roles.
Cass pretends to be the grown up in the team, but she's also very cheeky and silly!

Expert trainer bringing energy, variety, and proper coaching technique to every session. Nick ensures that fitness sessions are challenging, fun, and suitable for all levels. With a background in policing, Nick understands the demands of shift work and high-pressure environments first-hand, and has a cheeky, infectious humour!
We deliver corporate programmes and retreat weekends that combine Ben's holistic health education and physiology expertise with Nick and Cass's expert practical training and coaching. Together we bring diverse expertise and a shared passion for helping people build sustainable, enjoyable health and fitness routines.
Nick and Cass run The Fitness Workshop, offering outdoor group fitness classes and personal training in Otford and Borough Green. Their experience in policing gives them unique insight into the challenges of shift work and high-pressure environments, making our programmes particularly effective for emergency services and similar demanding roles.
Ben brings over 20 years of holistic wellness coaching and education, plus the academic rigour of teaching physiology & exercise physiology at Masters level. The combination of the team’s experience creates corporate programmes and retreat experiences that are educational, practical, and genuinely transformative.
